The largest part of Wikon's business is the design and manufacture of fully custom sensing solutions for our customers. We are experts at taking a concept from initial discussion to millions of units shipped.
Our custom projects scale from simple modifications to our WPE range of single point sensors, perhaps extending a tail length or the diameter of an active area, through to full 3D Multi-Touch sensing solutions. What's more we can combine multiple sensor types, shapes and sizes creating highly integrated sensing systems, whilst reducing supply-chain & assembly costs and increasing durability in our customers' products.

Custom Capacitive Sensors
Being a printed electronics specialist Wikon offers multiple touch sensing technologies.
If your application requires zero-force-touch or proximity detection, typically under a non-flexible A-surface, a capacitive sensor may be the answer. Widely used in applications ranging from consumer products and white goods to automotive and peripherals, capacitive sensing is familiar to most consumers.
